Job Requirements: Good level of digital capability and a comprehensive understanding of systems and ability to exploit them. The ability to juggling a number of priorities to an excellent standard with pace. Proven Leadership track record alongside the ability to lead effectively through ambiguity. The ability to have difficult conversations with effective resolutions with both colleagues and line managers. A great knowledge of clothing and home retailing. A desire to push boundaries and collaboratively make a difference. Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to change, and the ability to lead teams through change with a growth mindset.
