Job Description: As SD, you will be directly managing a team of Director and Senior Managers who will support a team working within eCommerce Distribution under Procurement & Contracts Department with a focus on establishing and managing an agile delivery of non-contact based sales of all products for Etisalat generated through online portals and call centers. This is a high impact, high visibility role charged with delivering on Etisalat e-commerce business Strategy. We are looking for a leader, passionate about building best in-class customer experiences, re-engineering current fleet and inventory solutions with delivery of high volume of e-Commerce business. Job Responsibilities: Follows-up on customer details, customer acceptance forms and obtains final approval of contract to ensure prompt circuit activation for new accounts. Coordinates closely with client organizations on details of provisioning status. Reviews and verifies sales contract agreements . Provides sales support and administrative assistant to International Sales Management as required. Coordinates with C&WS-Finance to ascertain status of client’s revenues and payments. Ensures all the SOF are reached on time to the concerned section after due approvals are obtained. Updates, maintains database/log book register and documentations in order to provide superior with accurate, complete and reliable customer profile of International Sales - C&WS clients. Ensures that all customer data are updated and audited on a daily basis Job Requirements: Customer profiling techniques & procedures.
