Job Description Emaar are currently seeking a Senior Director, Development to lead our Hospitality development department. You will be responsible for a mixture of new build and renovation projects - taking the project through full cycle but having a particular focus on financial feasibility studies, appointment of consultants, managing the design process and delivering the pre-development and development activities. Job Responsibilities In addition, you will oversee the design costs, tendering, construction, sales and marketing, and coordinate with the associated parties locally and internationally. You will also need to gain approvals and handle legal matters where necessary A huge part of this role will be managinging the delivery of the hotels and overseeing the project management teams.
