Job Description: The Senior Manager, Initiatives and Improvements is focused on managing or assisting the delivery of key strategic initiatives and other business improvement activities.You will be in a strategic role working on large and complex programs across the whole organisation where you will enable and guide end to end transformation initiatives mainly across our IT division. Job Requirements: You will need strong consulting skills to guide, influence, and support senior stakeholders with their prioritisation decisions and facilitate the identification and delivery of improvement opportunities. This role requires expertise in large complex IT organisations, project management and strong business transformation consulting skills. You will be familiar and ideally an expert with many frameworks and methodologies such as SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, DevOps and Change Management. You will have a significant experience in large scale process transformation with a proven track record of identifying and implementing measurable, sustainable process changes. Ideally you will work well with highly ambiguous problems and be adept at turning them into well-defined and measurable improvement opportunities. Additionally, you will have demonstrated experience in forming high performing project teams and be able to provide support in planning, governance, and project management.
