Job Description: This is an exciting temporary, full-time opportunity to assist our Culture and capability section with development, implementation, evaluation and review of all staff development and training programs using contemporary training and development practices. Job Responsibilities: Assistance with the roll out of our employee survey results/action planning and Achievement planning Assistance with development of e-learning Assistance with Council’s Reward and Recognition program. Delivery of compliance training Job Requirements: Demonstrated project management and facilitation skills Demonstrated commitment to customer service Ability to work within a team environment Knowledge of applicable legislation/regulations Proven advanced written and verbal skills Computer literate Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity Current class C driver's licence. Qualifications in change management Availability to work flexible working hours Accredited workplace trainer assessor.
