Job Description: The Know Your Customer (KYC) team is looking for an individual to support the Operations Control team with project management activities. The Project Manager will participate in the planning, execution and delivery of business projects for the Procedures, Training, Controls, and Quality teams. Manages risk by using established project management processes to address execution challenges associated with quality, schedule and risk. Leads, defines, and manages projects and project plans to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives. The Project Manager will also provide ongoing support in reporting for MCA, Internal Auditors and Senior Management’s requests. Will need flexibility in adapting to changes and business priorities. Job Responsibilities: Full ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and may also be considered analytical or procedural experts representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables. Ensures creation of project plan and charter benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log. Manages one team (consisting of support staff and/or entry-level analysts). Full leadership and/or supervisory responsibilities. Responsible for the daily execution of significant projects within a focus area and resolution of complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes. May supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees, but will not typically have formal management role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues.
