Job Description: The Regional Security Manager assists in the implementation and administration of policies and programs relating to the Bank’s Security and Safety Program, which includes establishing and maintaining operational procedures, training requirements, internal controls, along with the monitoring and reporting of processes in order to comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations. Job Responsibilities: Actively participates in providing input for policies and procedures. Disseminate information on criminal activity occurring at the corporation and in local areas to banking centers and departments. Assist with the research, identification and oversight of the installation of new and upgraded equipment in all locations within region of responsibility. Perform facility security audits and related follow up including device selection, testing, training and maintaining. Provide security training and updates on ongoing security procedures. Works cooperatively with other HNB departments to ensure a continual, effective safeguard to customer, associate, and bank assets; may perform/assist with investigations when required. Coordinate investigative efforts, arrests and prosecutions with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. Job Requirements: High attention to detail with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively. Excellent problem solving ability and ability to make sound and reasonable decisions through careful evaluation and understanding of the impact of those decisions. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security department, with a specialization in training on audit/security subject matter. Ability to deliver clear, concise, accurate and effective communication (verbal and written) proactively and with a customer-oriented approach. Bachelor’s degree required in Criminal Justice Understanding of the judicial system.
