Job Description: The Customer Service Associate 2 position provides "Category of One" customer service at all times. This high volume sales and service position will allow you to engage your customer service skills by delivering prompt and accurate answers to telephone banking customers, as well as promoting self-service options and convenience services. With this role, you will also be able to cross-sell additional products to customers including, but not limited to, Savings, Money Market, Credit Card, Loans, and Mortgages. Job Responsibilities: Candidates must be available to work day, afternoon or evening shifts during the week and on weekends as part of their normal permanent schedule. Shifts will be assigned based on business needs. Maintain up to date knowledge on Huntington products, services, technology, and procedures Be responsible for resolving customer complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner. Provide outstanding service to and builds relationships with over 100 customers every day Work individually and as a team to meet and exceed established goals, i.e. call handle time goals, availability goals, customer service performance goals, sales and quality goals Job Requirements: Experience with Microsoft Office applications and the Internet Previous call center or banking experience preferred Ability to demonstrate professional verbal communication skills.
