Job Description: Design and Develop the information delivery artifacts including dashboards and reports, as per the business requirements and industry standards Job Responsibilities: Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of all data delivery mechanisms Develop information delivery artifacts, adhering to DWH development standards and best practices Design and develops dashboards and reports using SAP BO products Work with DBAs to make sure reports/analytics are tuned and optimized Conduct data analysis and complies results appropriately Policies, Processes and Procedures Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the department to ensure continuity of work Compliance Provide documentation for all developed artifacts, including process flow and source target mapping, report design, etc. Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks Investigate information issues and come up with possible approaches to address the issues Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner Day-to-day management.
