Job Description An opportunity has arisen for a Wellness Instructor to join in our Spa department in Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa Kuwait. To provide 5 star service in the field of Personal Training, Yoga and Pilates to hotel guests and members. Job Responsibilities Monitor participants’ progress and adapt programs as needed. Provide guest with information and resources regarding nutrition, weight control and lifestyle issues Teach proper breathing techniques used during physical exertion Actively promote and encourage Personal Training sessions to members and the sales of membership. Maintain a high standard of fitness knowledge and keep updated with fitness developments, locally and internationally. Ensure the general cleanliness and maintenance of the gym equipment (ex: linen) To support the spa operation if the business needs by welcoming the guest To be proactive in the services and to be a good team player Administer emergency first aid, wrap injuries, treat minor chronic disabilities or refer injured persons to physicians. Job Requirements Good interpersonal, time management and organizational skills. Motivational skills, energy, flexibility and multi-tasking skills. Customer-focused, approachable and outgoing personality.
