Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with other delivery members on creating a program. plan-milestones, deliverables, planning, risk, interdependencies etc.
  • Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
  • Program manager is responsible for planning and governance and for overseeing the success of program’s output/product.
  • Identifying risks and issues and getting corrective measurements from Delivery.
  • Responsible for developing an evaluation method to assess Program strengths and identifying areas of improvement. Setting up tools and standards for managing the program;
  • Responsible for managing & representing with the governance for budget allocation, utilization and monitoring deviations across the program.
  • Program Managers will collate, collaborate the information and generate reports for internal & external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Work with engineering leads to allocate resources in their control, and advocate with company leadership for needed resources.
  • Guide their teams to set OKRs and realistic delivery goals, Design solution ownership
  • Guide engineering leads and Managers to create & communicate the vision, high level roadmap & technical strategy for their teams/Tribe.
  • Facilitates collaboration across the organization and with other organizations to achieve organizational goal.
  • Creates a continuous learning and development environment
  • Work with engineering leads to create & improve process for prioritizing, breaking down, estimating, and assigning tasks. Coach engineering leads & engineers to deconstruct problems into executable action.
  • Manage and coach Engineering Leads to be effective communicators & leaders of their teams.
  • Find ways to replicate & scale successes
  • Sets strategic direction for community creation Provides strategic direction on community creation that the organization should be pursuing.
  • Identifies future competencies and expertise required by the organization and develops and pursues learning plans accordingly.
  • Technical decision making of design, practical solution, capacity, bandwidth, technical deliveries, etc
  • Guide the engineering leads to ensure the architecture of their teams fits the goals of their business unit as well as the best practices set out by the collectives.
