Job Responsibilities:

• Look after your team and of course…have fun along the way!
• Manage a delivery plan and all associated aspects of project delivery
• Work in a variety of capacities – dependent on engagement – including requirement capture, functional and technical design, business analysis and process design, systems build coordination, workstream management, project management, test architecture and management and more
• Mobilise, shape and work collaboratively with teams across the globe to deliver all aspects of the development lifecycle, through to successful implementations and beyond
• Drive innovation and transformation, helping Accenture and client teams apply the latest thinking and approaches to solve complex problems and business change goals for our CMT clients
• Work with and lead teams of analysts, consultants, third parties and clients as required, following a structured delivery methodology
• Build and maintain key client relationships
• Develop a strong understanding of the business context, technology and functionality that surrounds your delivery
• Working with the latest technologies (such as Digital, Cloud, Security, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, 5G or Blockchain) and methods (such as Agile and DevSecOps) as part of a multidisciplinary teams to deliver ground-breaking transformations

Job Requirements:

• A track record in one or more of these disciplines: Systems Integration, Management Consulting, Technology Architecture, Business Analysis, Business Design, Testing, Project/Workstream delivery leadership
• A passion for working with the latest technologies and helping clients apply them in complex and ground-breaking transformation
• Someone who enjoys immersing themselves in a challenging environment with business goals and technology solutions at the heart
• Experience of several stages in lifecycle of project delivery, from conception to implementation
• Strong knowledge of one or more of the telecommunications, media and technology industries; a passion for not just technology but the business change and value it underpins
• Someone who wants to constantly learn, grow and develop to take on new challenges
• A professional, constructive and reliable approach to work; a team-player who is equally comfortable in small to large teams, working closely day to day with our clients
