Job Description:
As the Senior Resilience Specialist, you will strengthen, enhance, and embed resilience principles, plans and procedures throughout the business to support organisational resilience outcomes as part of our broader Security and Resilience team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute significantly to the development of the organisational resilience strategy and identify improvement opportunities for the business through the conduct of an annual exercise and training program.
- Liaise with all levels of personnel across Airservices in support of the Resilience program of work and support the Head of Security & Resilience in promoting and embedding a strong organisational resilience culture.
- Strengthening Airservices organisational resilience, business continuity and response capability through the development and continuous improvement of Airservices Resilience Standard and supporting procedures.
- Lead business continuity planning and crisis response capability improvements across the business
- Provide specialist advice and coordination support during business disruption events.
- Proactively develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members and key internal/external stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary, diploma, Certificate IV or relevant industry qualifications in emergency management or a similar discipline.
- Emergency management or crisis response
- State or commonwealth government or the aviation industry
- A resilience or crisis response role
- Business continuity planning
- Exercise and/or incident management
