Job Description: As a leader within the Network Operations unit, you will lead shift-working staff and oversee current and introduced services to ensure the delivery of optimal Air Traffic Network performance for Australia. As a leader within the Network Operations unit, you will lead assigned portfolios and achieve associated deliverables through effective people leadership and informed decision making. Job Responsibilities: Provide Operational Supervision through: effective resource allocation on day of operations, quality control of NCC service delivery, management of operational staff, first responder in NCC Business Disruption and floor warden responsibilities / Chief warden responsibilities (out of hours) Continue to deliver Airservices’ record of Safety, Environmental, WHS, Risk and Compliance excellence Supervise and lead Network Operations services in an H24 shift working environment, managing the operational delivery of: strategic and Pre-Tactical Air Traffic Flow Lead a high-performing and accountable team; Management (ATFM) to balance network demand and capacity, flight Planning solutions, aeronautical Information Services, collaborative decision making and management of abnormal events (business continuity, crisis and disruption events) Form an integral part of the Network Planning and Optimisation branch and leadership teams; Job Requirements: Strong leadership, influencing, stakeholder management and communications skills Demonstrated ability to drive, deliver and sustain continuous improvement initiatives Qualification & Experience: High level knowledge and/or experience of CDM and/or AIM Job Details: Company: Airservices Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Greater Brisbane Area, Australia Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careers-trivia.com
