Job Description:
This role works a lot with other business units to identify current capability gaps and provide input into how these gaps can be addressed. There may be a need to refine existing procedures/process or the adoption of new systems and technologies to automate records management processes which is what you’ll be responsible for deciphering.
Job Responsibilities:
- Publishing and archiving documentation
- Supporting authors in corporate and operational areas to develop documentation
- Managing electronic records
- Digitising physical records
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience and understanding of Records Management practices and principles, including the ability to apply them in a changing and complex environment.
- Hands on experience administering records in an electronic document and records management system/s (CM 9 or related, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 preferred)
- Qualification(s) in Information Management, Records Management or Archiving will be highly regarded
