Job Description: As the Technology Risk Management Specialist, you will be part of a diverse and supportive team. You will be at home working in a fast-paced environment and excel at managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Job Responsibilities: Evaluate group risk management outputs to ensure the group is producing effective and compliant outcomes and provide guidance and support to improve governance. Develop and manage Technology risk management processes and procedures including integration and interfaces with other frameworks. Provide expert advice and guidance on effective management of risk within a safety critical operational environment. Conduct process reviews to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and capability uplift. Coordinate and facilitate activities that support effective risk management within the group, including training, reporting and workshops. Identify training and communication requirements to ensure relevant staff understand technology risk management accountabilities, processes, and procedures. Develop and manage risk compliance reporting to support group and enterprise reporting requirements. Act as the Technology SME for the COBIT framework Job Requirements: Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain productive relationships and negotiate and influence others to achieve quality outcomes and results. Tertiary qualifications in Information technology, risk or engineering (Desirable) Qualification in COBIT Framework (Mandatory or willingness to obtain) A strong customer services focus, with proven abilities to develop, implement and champion risk management improvement programs, initiatives and communications. Experience in the development of reports and systemising activities to drive efficiency and improve knowledge sharing. Knowledge of the regulatory environment in which Airservices operates or other safely critical Industry.
