Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the development and approval of contracts change, particularly contract change proposals (CCPs), for OneSKY Program contracts including but not limited to the CMATS Acquisition Contract, the CMATS Support Contract and ADOT contracts. This includes coordinating response/development of change requests, coordinating reviews of CCPs, assisting in negotiations, reviewing draft CCPs and driving the contract changes process.
• Assist the OneSKY C&L Manager, manage the commercial risks associated with contract change management in the OneSKY Program.
• Advising and briefing the OneSKY C&L Manager, the CMATS Program Manager and the Joint Program Director and other senior officers on OneSKY Program on contracts change.
• Developing papers for relevant bodies/forums, such as the Change Control Board (CCB) and OneSKY/Airservices Executive on contract changes.
• Planning the development of contract changes (such as CCPs) considering relevant scope, time, resources, milestones, schedules and alignment with the relevant forum requirements (such as CCB, the Board, etc)
• Maintaining, and keeping current, OneSKY CCP contract change management system.
• Preparing status updates and reports for relevant governance reports/forums where required for the CMATS Review Group, the Sub-Program Board, the Program Board and other relevant bodies.
• Working collaboratively with a broad array of internal and external experts to ensure technical/engineering, operations, project management and capability to support high quality decisionmaking able to implement its outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• As required, attend internal and external forums representing the C&L team to ensure that the OneSKY Programs commercial outcomes are met.
• As required, undertake other related contract management and contract change related work.
• Baseline Clearance (PROTECTED) or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable time
• Experience in working with different organisational cultures and in geographically dispersed programs
