Job Responsibilities

• In the role of Sales Associate, you will combine a professional and positive approach with enthusiasm for the GUESS product and the Brand. You will use your product knowledge and experience to provide an exceptional shopping experience within the GUESS stores and be confident in driving sales.
• You will report to the Store Manager and your daily responsibilities will include participating in the sales floor replenishment and offering exceptional customer service and advice.
• This role is a good opportunity for those who are looking to develop their Sales career internally within Al Futtaim divisions.
• To be a successful GUESS Ambassador in Naeem Mall, you should have previous retail experience, a passion for fashion, be commercially aware of new trends and keep up with regional season trends in the market

Job Requirements

• You must be a good team player, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good spoken English and Arabic.
• You will use your excellent customer service experience to anticipate and understand customers’ needs and requirements.
• You must be happy working in shifts over a 6 day working week.
