Job Responsibilities
- Work with Talent Acquisition to achieve the related annual People plan objectives
- Play a key role in the resources planning for new Stores and Regional Service Office
- Support the GM HR in translating the IKEA Business Plan and related priorities into an annual People Plan
- Provide effective business cases for the resolution of identified issues to be presented to the Managing Director and GM HR
- Act as a partner with the business in advising, coaching and mentoring management on people related issues
- Support the implementation of business structure reorganisation and consolidation to deliver efficiencies
- Have an understanding of the business, in particular the sources of profit and the cost base to support with the implementation of HR strategies and practices
- Lead the Talent Review processes, challenging and providing input to line managers decisions
- Manage the Business Learning Needs Analysis for the business in support of relevant business metrics
- Ensure that compliance of HR policy is maintained to review and strengthen business internal controls & procedures
- Safeguard compliance on DOA and advise leadership on process and governance
- Contribute to annual salary adjustment and bonus reviews across the business in line with Group guidelines
- Support the Nationalisation plan for the Brand
Job Requirements
- Live and share the IKEA values every day
- Human Resource, Psychology or Business Management Degree/ CIPD qualification desirable
- 5 years HR Generalist Experience/ Previous experience as a HR Business Partner, IKEA experience is preferred
- High level of integrity from a values perspective and credibility built through seniority and extensive competence in the HR field
- Have worked in a global matrix organization and are an experienced leader with a broad knowledge of HR practices, policies, processes, regulations and legislations
- Budget planning, business acumen, communication design, data analysis, planning & coordination, project management, change management, stakeholder management
