Growth promoting the brand with leading Developers, Consultants, Architects, ID Firms, Main Contractors, MEP Contractors and coordinate the efforts of all Sales Teams to reach the required sales budgets.

Job Responsibilities

• Research market in terms of current Job in Hands, current projects under design, current projects on tender stage.
• Liaises with Developers, Consultants, Architects, ID Firms, Main contractors, MEP Contractors to update market information.
• Specified brand with top 10 developers in UAE & KSA.
• Specified brand with top 10 consultants in UAE & KSA.
• Specified brand with top 10 ID firms in UAE & KSA.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years minimum experience within the Building/construction materials industry with full understanding and awareness of the regions construction industry.
• Building/ Construction materials experience
• Have an extensive people management experience and ideally be a manager of middle management with indirect reports.
• Proven track reports in business unit growth.
• Proven client database
