Job Description:

Due to solid growth, Mandolé Orchard has a newly created Quality Assurance Manager position. You will have experience in the FMCG industry and support the Operations Team and the owners in taking the company to the next level.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust company Quality Assurance System to ensure compliance with various certifications. You will also provide on-time and accurate analysis of incoming raw and packaging materials and perform sensory and micro analysis of wet and dry packaged food products including data logging, preparing samples, and paperwork for external lab analysis; based on experience.

Working in the heart of the business, you will liaise with our Managers and Operations Team to produce and deliver high-quality almond-based products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has excelled in their past roles and is looking for a new challenge or is ready to step up and take on a leadership position.

As the successful applicant, you will be a great fit with the existing team and have demonstrable knowledge, experience, and qualifications in Quality Assurance within a food manufacturing environment. As part of this role you will be willing to relocate Griffith, NSW, or the nearby area.
