Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Human Resource Officer, you will be responsible for the progressive review and development of compensation & benefit structures designed to maintain the company profile as regional employer of choice. Your ability to analyze and interpret within the framework of attraction and retention will be pivotal to the growth plans for the group ensuring the requisite skills and competencies are rewarded appropriately. You will have extensive experience in sourcing and presenting statistical information on turnover, salary analysis and recruitment strategy from both external and internal sources. The ideal candidate will currently work in a senior or group compensation role within a MNC environment. You will have a measurable career history of managing compensation strategy in an environment where the staff complement is a minimum of 15,000 employees across all disciplines including senior executive rewards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in a Compensation and Benefit role
- Preferably have worked in a Food/Beverage FMCG environment
- Preferably have GCC/MENA or international exposure
- Excellent analytic and presentation skills
- Degree holder in Business administration or equivalent
- Member of recognised Human Resource or Compensation & Benefit body i.e. GRP
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a Compensation and Benefit role
