Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting next steps within agreed timelines and managing subsequent compliance and/or making recommendations for appropriate action
- Monitor DSP activity.
- Preparation of audit summary documentation and recommendations for review by senior management.
- Investigate suspicious DSP/DA activity and behaviour that could pose a risk to AMZL (Amazon Logistics), our customers, or others.
- Participate in other special projects/assignments as necessary.
- Review new and existing DSP/DAs ensuring that they meet compliance, safety, and contractual standards.
- Ensure that they comply with Amazon’s Terms of Service.
- Perform DSP’s audits against the TRC audit checklist and code of conduct in line with defined annual audit timetable
Job Requirements:
- Work with virtual teams with the highest levels of team spirit and integrity.
- Experience handling confidential data.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated research skills.
- Experience working in a highly metrics driven environment.
- Experience in auditing third party contractors.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret information received.
