Job Description: As Account Manager - Last Mile Logistics (m/f/d) you will join the team responsible for supporting our Delivery Service Partners. Job Responsibilities: Acting as an interface between Amazon sites and the logistics service providers Coordinate logistics service provider manpower Performing analyses and implementing projects Manage relationships with logistics service providers at the site Develop action plans and sustainable solutions to ensure capacity, quality and performance Participate in the set-up of new sites with regard to the preparation of new logistics service providers Identification, qualification and onboarding of new service providers Job Requirements: Bachelor degree (or equivalent) Experience in account management or related service performance. Experience in a start-up environement Confident and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, One Note).
