Job Description: The Land and Property Officer is responsible for investigating and resolving matters pertaining to Council land and property dealings. This position is the main point of contact for advice on leasing, licensing and property matters to the public and other programs within Council. Working under general direction, the Land & Property Officer works within internal and external stakeholders to ensure land and property agreements meet legislative requirements and are in line with agreed levels of service. Job Requirements: Qualifications in Business, Property, Law, Contract Management, or related field. Demonstrated experience within an administrative environment. Current C Class QLD Driver’s licence.
