Job Description:

Our finance team controls the cash within the business and provides support to the business to help it make decisions to lead us to being a global online fashion destination.

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce timely, accurate and insightful reporting and analysis
• Understand the business processes, including related risks and controls
• Ad hoc analysis and scenario modelling to inform business decision making
• Working with Wholesale team to collect all information needed to calculate AR invoices (order amounts, discount rates, contractual terms, etc.)
• Ensure appropriate and robust financial control environment, spanning from the posting of journals to assisting with supporting documentation for the external audit
• Work with the business to ensure correct and accurate AR accounting, including controls, accruals required, accurate balance sheet reconciliations and ensure data integrity of information
• Handling Wholesale partner queries and escalating when necessary
• Issue invoices and statements to Wholesale partners in a timely manner and reconcile invoices raised to order schedules.
• Performing credit checks and setting up new Wholesale customers in Dynamics
• Ensure correct accounting treatment in accordance with IFRS, being pro-active to review and challenge
• Credit control and debt collection

Job Requirements:

• The ability to be proactive within a fast-paced, dynamic environment susceptible to change
• A high standard of accuracy with financial and statistical data.
• Good Excel skills and analytical skills.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable management and credit control
• Commercial awareness.
• Good communication/ interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritise own workload to meet tight deadlines.
