Our finance team controls the cash within the business and also provides support to the business to help it make decisions to lead us to being a global online fashion destination. Job Responsibilities: Produce timely, accurate and insightful reporting and analysis Ad hoc analysis and scenario modelling to inform business decision making Understand the business processes, including related risks and controls Acting as a finance business partner, supporting the business to deliver profit targets Responsible for the preparation, review, challenge and continuous improvement of robust and accurate balance sheet reconciliations Work with the business to understand any business initiatives and associated change impacts from requirements through to successful implementation Forecasting on monthly/weekly basis, with continual focus on improving forecasting accuracy and efficiency Work with the business to ensure correct and accurate end to end accounting, including cost controls, accruals required, accurate balance sheet reconciliations and ensure data integrity of information Ensure correct accounting treatment in accordance with IFRS, being pro-active to review and challenge Analysing movements between forecast and actuals/last year Job Requirements: An ability to determine insightful observations from detail for management attention. Advanced skills in Excel. A strong financial modelling and analytical skills. An ability to organise own work and to take initiative. A proven ability to plan and prioritise own workload to meet tight deadlines. A flexible and open to change. Commercial awareness. Business partnering experience. Pro-activeness. A high standard of accuracy with financial and statistical data. Good communication/ interpersonal and influencing skills. An accounting qualification (preferably CIMA, ACCA or ACA).
