Job Description:

Within Global Trading our core mission is to enable ASOS to achieve global success. Supporting ASOS to understand performance at regional level to inform trading decisions, minimize risk andrealise opportunity. Ensuring we are responding to changes in our customer behavior/commercial landscape at Hub level through effective insight and analysis. Articulate performance of key KPIS to inform risk or opportunities in the financial plan.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the RTM/Hof in delivering the financial and customer goals of the region.
• Collaborating with global planning Assistant Merchandisers and pricing teams to provide insight on opportunities for improvements in conversion and other basket metrics.
• Conduct and support ad-hoc analysis and share insight that will aid understanding of under/over performing KPIs across multiple markets.
• Support in providing insight and recommendations into the local market and competitors. This will include analysis of the proposition of our key competitors understanding the gaps.
• Support the RTM/HO to analyse and optimise the proposition by market.
• Supporting the RTM in delivering the successful execution of bespoke market codes.
• Keeping up to date with regional innovation in ecommerce, online fashion retailing and logistics and how this could be impacting trade performance.
• Support the RTM/Hof in reviewing performance and taking appropriate action where necessary to enhance and maximise performance.

Job Requirements:

• Pro active with a strong bias for action
• Comfortable with ambiguity and capable to work in a fast moving and ever-changing context
• Previous experience in ecommerce/retail preferable
• Analytical with a commercial mindset and detail oriented
• Be comfortable with working in global organisations culturally diverse workforce
• Understanding of ecommerce KPI’s and how they impact performance
• Ability to digest multiple sets of insights and provide a recommendation.
