Mentor and develop customer support team and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
Job Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the department and the different functions with-in it. Maintain an orderly workflow according to the priorities.
- Take ownership of client issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Coordinate and give feed back to the concerned departments on client complaints. Maintain working relationship with all concerned departments.
- Keep accurate records and documents of customer support actions and discussions.
- Improve customer support experience, create engaged clients and facilitate organic growth.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Advance troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Strong Managerial and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or MIS.
- Positive and professional attitude and ability to thrive in a fast paced, growing business
- Proven working experience as an Assistant Manager of 4-5 years from an e-commerce background.
- Experience in providing customer services support with a technical background.
- Bilingual English and Urdu speaker.
