Job Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the department and the different functions with-in it. Maintain an orderly workflow according to the priorities.
  • Take ownership of client issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Coordinate and give feed back to the concerned departments on client complaints. Maintain working relationship with all concerned departments.
  • Keep accurate records and documents of customer support actions and discussions.
  • Improve customer support experience, create engaged clients and facilitate organic growth.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Advance troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong Managerial and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or MIS.
  • Positive and professional attitude and ability to thrive in a fast paced, growing business
  • Proven working experience as an Assistant Manager of 4-5 years from an e-commerce background.
  • Experience in providing customer services support with a technical background.
  • Bilingual English and Urdu speaker.
