Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated Associate IT Project Manager with experience in working in a fast paced Operations Department . The successful candidate will work within a delivery unit and with business stakeholders as well as internal/external teams to ensure projects are delivered. The organisation is currently going through a Digital Transformation, so we are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture, embracing the digital strategy of the organisation while delivering operational value to the business.

Job Responsibilities

• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Be able to provide detailed, concise and accurate project reporting
• Manage the relationship with the business stakeholders, internal resources and external vendors
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Be able to deliver project in a pragmatic, structured and agile way

Job Requirements

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• PMP/PMI is a plus
• Proven working experience as a project Manager in the information technology
