Job Responsibilities: Leading a team responsible for client enquiries, feedback and new account registrations Managing all aspects of TIS National’s relationship with interpreters, including interpreter recruitment, performance management and wellbeing Managing all elements of TIS National’s relationship with a portfolio of clients, including agencies eligible for the Free Interpreting Service Leading a team responsible for the end to end management of specialist services Leading a team responsible for managing client invoicing, accounts and debts Leading a team responsible for scheduling and planning, analytic reporting, Genesys platform management and process audit/optimisation for our contact centre.
