Job Description: As the Senior Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of helping our organisation make key decisions by providing high quality data, customer experience insights and solutions based advice. The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in our team of business analysts through effective leadership on the analytical phase of multiple projects across the University. This role will also include the coordination of planning, designing, developing and launching business, financial and operational processes that support core organisational functions.
