Job Description:

As a Barclays Project Manager, you will collaborate and own the delivery of business driven requests for a specific co-brand partners. Focus on company-wide platform strategies, solutions, and new business functionality to enhance and promote the execution of delivery. A hands-on self-starter with a combination of an understanding of technology, strong relationship and communication skills, who can articulate the value to be delivered to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate requirements gathering and discovery sessions to drive a universal project plan with distributed ownership across the team for work stream delivery
• Supporting/managing multiple projects or a single program of great complexity, possibly cross-dept or cross-division and may be at various geographic locations
• Drive accountability at a workstream level for deliverables
• Create project plans in collaboration with all key stakeholders
• Responsible for the delivery of projects on-time, within budget and with quality

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with credit card industry and Card Portfolio Launch/Conversion experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft – Excel, Project, Power Point
• Project Management Certification & familiarity with working in Agile environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects
• 4+ years of experience managing projects in a technical environment
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication with tech and business teams
• Bachelors degree
