Job Responsibilities: Integrating network architecture systems with collaborating teams Collaborating with business users, technical staff and management to define business and technical requirements. Managing, updating and testing network devices Planning, designing, implementing and testing network solutions based on business requirements and working closely with our business partners Handling device alarms, troubleshooting and working with Device Owner Job Requirements: Knowledgeable on network standards and Internals of network connectivity Expert Knowledge of SNMP, MIBS and network troubleshooting System integration of the network management and ticketing systems Good Knowledge of IP Networks, OSI layer, subnets, IP segments, TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewalls Scrum Agile and SAFe methodologies Experience in Fault management applications and troubleshooting Good Knowledge of UNIX, Linux, Perl scripts, XML, Shell scripting Manage Service Requests that request changes to existing Device, Traps.
