Job Description:
This is an exciting temporary, full-time opportunity to assist our Culture and capability section with development, implementation, evaluation and review of all staff development and training programs using contemporary training and development practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assistance with the roll out of our employee survey results/action planning and Achievement planning
- Assistance with development of e-learning
- Assistance with Council’s Reward and Recognition program.
- Delivery of compliance training
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated project management and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Knowledge of applicable legislation/regulations
- Proven advanced written and verbal skills
- Computer literate
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Current class C driver’s licence.
- Qualifications in change management
- Availability to work flexible working hours
- Accredited workplace trainer assessor.
Qualification & Experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in an appropriate field and/or relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in developing systems and processes to support cultural change
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of engagement and/or cultural surveys
- Demonstrated experience in the development of leadership programs
- Demonstrated experience in the application of capability and performance frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in change management
- Demonstrated experience in the development of Diversity and Inclusion strategies and actions
