Job Description: As a Project Manager in this role, you must have a profound understanding of co-dependencies, how they form, and their impact on the Overwatch League and Call of Duty League projects you will be leading. The Activision Blizzard Esports, League Administration is an extremely fast paced environment, the individual in this role will be expected to roll up their sleeves to manage multiple tools and ensure successful launches. Job Responsibilities: Lead liaison between teams and Activision Blizzard Esports Content Department focusing on Call of Duty League and Overwatch League. Create workflows that ensure that content and assets from teams is created and approved in the most efficient way possible. Lead project manager for League Administration. Coordinates cross department media and content initiatives for Call of Duty League & Overwatch League product and operations workstreams. Conducts weekly meetings and workstream reviews for League Administration, Team Management & Business Operations, and Content teams. Own communication and drive action around all key initiatives through verbal, written and face-to-face facilitation. Create digestible progress reports for projects that elevate successes and risks to key stakeholders and Activision Blizzard Esports leadership. Job Requirements: Able to take ownership over a project or initiative from start or mid-flight and see it through to completion. A passion for Overwatch League or Call of Duty League and similar live experience products. Experience working with multiple teams and leading cross-departmental initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must be detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong follow-through. Quick adaptability using various program management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or equivalent) Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills with a love for collaboration. Minimum of 4 + years of project, program, or product management experience, having overseen multiple program and project launches.
