Job Description: This position will act as the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the overall IT Platform. He/she will work directly with assigned business / function areas to align people and organizational strategies to business strategies and objectives while applying the appropriate level of confidentiality. Job Responsibilities: Execute structured relationship management cadence to maintain relationships and communication channels Identify HR’s contribution to realizing clients objectives and leverage HR services or programs to suit the needs of covered client(s) Identify critical metrics to assess and measure impact and results Facilitate development and execution of talent strategy with covered clients Leverage employee feedback and/or interviews to maintain or build awareness of covered population, issues and challenges Leverage HR COE teams as relevant to conduct assessments Socialize hypotheses with recommended actions and options for remediation with client leaders Continually assess the HR implications of client-driven strategic options and proactively communicate with Management Mitigate risk by ensuring appropriate escalation / investigation of performance, conduct and other ER related matters Facilitate career management and planning in alignment with Group policies Partner closely with senior leaders to establish credibility as a trusted advisor to influence and support key strategic and operational decisions Understand market forces and business strategy, and translate those requirements to talent-related requirements Collaborate closely with our colleagues at Bank of the West to understand our longer term operating model, advise on strategic changes, and understand talent across both organizations Support HR initiatives across calendar year and keep the line up to date on forthcoming initiatives Facilitate the adoption of HR policies and practices and educate leaders and managers regarding HR capabilities Participate as required with internal, external and government audits Facilitate organizational change management and help leaders to align communication, behavior, and infrastructure to support the desired changes Job Requirements: Ability to managing multiple priorities & projects through successful delivery and implementation under time, and within budget Experience leading projects, managing change and helping to foster/create a collaborative working environment Experience designing, building and implementing HR functional programs, policies, tools and procedures The finest talent is attracted, retained, developed and empowered to succeed BNP Paribas is committed to promoting and maintaining a diverse, inclusive and stimulating work environment.
