Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Customer Experience lead who is ready to lean into the next challenge. Working directly for the Chief Customer Officer, this role will champion our customer focus, helping to expand and deliver on our customer first agenda. You will be responsible for implementing and leading the growth in awareness and accountability for the recently updated Customer Experience Improvement Strategy (CEIS) including communicating its strategic objectives, overseeing delivery of strategic initiative and implementation of the governance model to report on progress and measure and report on its success.

- All local government employees must be fully vaccinated to perform work outside of their place of residence. Appointment of the successful candidate will be subject to provision of evidence of vaccination status or medical exemption prior to commencement
