Job Responsibilities: This Conference Room Specialist position works in a busy, team environment that services approximately 80 conference rooms in our five facilities within Massachusetts between Framingham and Brighton. While the position will be based out of Framingham, where we have four facilities, travel to our Boston Landing location in Brighton may also be expected depending on the business need. Responsibilities entail maintaining and troubleshooting the A/V equipment in our rooms. Our A/V system integrates MS Teams for collaborating with remote participants and sharing documents/presentations. The equipment includes monitors/projectors, installed audio and cameras and a docking station to control the components. We utilize the online booking reservation tool in MS Outlook, which gives all employees the access to book our rooms. We provide daily, ongoing support to our internal employees, such as training on using the A/V system in our conference rooms, troubleshooting technical issues and assisting in finding rooms if they’re having trouble. In addition, setting up various configurations in the conference rooms for meetings and events may be required Job Requirements: We are looking for someone that can work well with a team but can also take initiative and work independently when required. We need an individual with excellent communication skills, a strong professional presence and the ability to multi-task in our busy environment. Experience using MS Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook is helpful; and must be able to lift 50 lbs.
