Job Description:

The Mosquito, Pest and Signs Coordinator is responsible for the management of a team and coordination of contractors for a range of mosquito, pest and signs maintenance services throughout Brisbane.
You will proactively engage the team and ensure maintenance services are delivered to agreed standards and consistently across Brisbane for.The Mosquito, Pest and Signs Coordinator plays an important role in keeping Brisbane’s public space clean and green for the enjoyment of our customers

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead staff in through Workplace Health and Safety legislation, strategies, policies, and initiatives
• Monitor and manage the financial and operational performance
• Ensure that all work undertaken complies with relevant legislation and regulations
• Maintain professional business relationships with customers
• Plan, coordinate, monitor and report on maintenance works, services, and projects
• Identify, develop, and implement strategies for innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to lead performance of a multi-skilled team
• Knowledge of and ability to apply relevant legislation and regulations
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to establish, manage and develop effective business relationships
• Demonstrated ability to monitor, report, and evaluate schedules, projects, and financial performances.
