Job Responsibilities: This role will be required to work on test days which will involve weekend work as part of the contracted hours. Acting in unforeseen situations to solve problems that comes with assignments and ensuring transparency in reporting to Exam officers and Exam Manager. Ensuring preparations and/or delivery of exam operations as required at test centre level and working with new systems and processes. Implement agreed improvement actions in the operational tasks. To ensure effective and efficient assistance to delivery of Exams to Exam Operations Officers within a small or remote exams office location.
