Job Responsibilities: Translates client requirements and specifications into annual work plans across multiple and competing strands of business activity and deploys resources efficiently and cost effectively to deliver required income, impact and profitability targets. Ensure that client requirements and programme objectives for Erasmus+, Tier 5 and Turing Scheme are met across the areas of the role’s responsibilities, KPIs are delivered to in those areas and that Management Information is available to support successful reporting on delivery Team management (at least three Senior Consultants) that covers a diversity of business activities across Erasmus+, Tier 5 CoS and Turing Scheme Provide inspiring and motivational leadership that role-models the British Council’s values and behaviours, and empowers and enables staff to deliver excellence, whilst promoting equity, diversity and inclusion. Analysis and reporting Ensures that the IT tools, EPlusLink for Erasmus+ and Grant Management Tool for Turing Scheme and T5, meet the needs of the programmes and that the right internal support is available when needed. In accordance with agreed strategies, manage a range of relationships with important external stakeholders and clients (e.g. government, sponsors, customers, partner agencies) Development of programme strategies and plans Develop and maintain excellent relationships and communication with internal and/or external customers across a range of service/product/programme areas to build a clear understanding of their needs/experiences, to inform and enable innovation and improvements in the quality of programme/product delivery.
