Sitting in our Customer Research and Insights team, you will coordinate and support customer experience research requests from across Council to help the organisation to improve service delivery as well as collate insights to inform future projects and/or strategy. The position supports the Customer Research and Insights lead to set up our Customer Experience benchmarking survey and distribute results in addition to supporting the organisation to build a research community of practice.
