Job Description:

The candidate will provide technical support, configuration and maintenance services for industry standard network products including Cisco, Hewlett Packard (HPE), Palo Alto, Arista, F5, VMware NSX. The role includes operational management of Quality of Service (QoS), IP Address Management, Network Routing Protocols (including BGP & EIGRP), Virtual LAN (VLAN), SIP, ISDN, Voice over IP (VoIP), Videoconferencing, Wi-Fi, Network Load Balancing, Virtual Private Network (VPN), Virtual Extensible LAN (VXLAN), Firewall Management, Carrier Services, Secure Internet Gateway (SIG), Network diagnostics and analysis and supports terrestrial data services, satellite services, 3G/4G and microwave links. The candidate will be required to undertake operational change management and participate in incident management. The candidate will also be required to be on call as part of an on-call roster.
