Job Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with patrons, answer questions and attend to all reasonable patron needs or requests in a courteous and friendly manner. Provide excellent customer service and to actively work to solve customer problems. Report and record customer feedback at the end of each shift. Take action to ensure that the auditoria and foyers are clean and tidy at all times. Ensure the foyer and auditoria doors are opened before, after each event, and during interval. Liaise effectively with key Cultural Services personnel, contractors, event producers and/or presenters, venue hirers, tour managers and performers. Act as a fire / area warden as part of Council’s overall emergency management plan.
