Job Description:
This position provides support in the delivery of Council’s building capital works program. The role supports Project Mangement functions primarily in the financial and contractual obligations of the projects delivery, whilst providing general administration support to the Project Development team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Keep current and maintain data, and relevant information for Capital Works program including Council’s Conquest Asset Management system, CRMs and various other information systems
- Management and reporting on the Project Development mailbox
- Prepare and facilitate the Capital Works program reports
- Keep current and maintain Project Management Framework (PMF) documentation
Job Requirements:
- Completion of a Certificate in Business (Office Administration)
- Experience in contract and program administration
- Experience in financial management, including budget reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable
- Knowledge and experience in computer operating systems such as; TechOne, Conquest, Excel.
