Job Description:

Our passionate and energetic Future Communities team have numerous projects on the go within the Early Years space. To help support and meet deliverables we are looking for a Best Start Facilitator. The Future Communities Unit was recently established to identify and plan for the future community service and infrastructure needs of our growing and diverse community. The Future Communities Unit includes the Community Infrastructure and Service Planning Team, which comprises of three key areas: Family Support, Healthy Communities and Community Infrastructure Planning.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in researching, analysing, and interpreting data and using the information to influence change and improvements, including highly developed project coordination skills.
• A bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education, Community Development, Social Science, or Public Social Policy with a focus on supporting vulnerable children and families, developing partnerships with community and government agencies to lead others to achieve agreed outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in applying visionary thinking at a big picture level and translating strategic direction into operational development.
