Job Description

We are looking for an HR Technical Support Analyst in the IT Systems department to join the existing IT Solutions HR department.

Job Responsibilities

•  Evaluation / design and execution of technical solutions to software problems detected in HR ACCES.
• Coordination together with the members of the team of programmers destined to the corrective department
• Locate performance problems and optimization of HR applications
• Define with the development and production teams the generation of corrective installation packages or the inclusion in new HR ACCESS versions.

Job Requirements

• Higher education: Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial ..
• Experience working in HR application at support level and analysis of incidents.
