Job Description: This role sits in the Technology team as part of the Customer & Business Transformation division which is focused on delivering value to our customers through partnering with the business to achieve great performance outcomes. You will develop reports of service-related metrics and dashboards for Technology management. Job Responsibilities: Support the Team Leader Business Analysis to ensure the team is aligned to the departmental and organisational strategic goals and objectives Provide guidance to team members to help them improve their business analysis skills and knowledge Build relationships across the business and engage with stakeholders. Conduct user research to identify and assess customer requirements using a variety of methods (including workshops and interviews). Provide a conduit between business areas and project teams, closely aligning corporate strategy with specific business needs. Interpret and translate customer needs into business requirements and technology needs. Scope and document business requirements for new systems or system improvements. Qualification & Experience: Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. Excellent workshop facilitation skills. Ability to map and document business processes. Demonstrated experience in collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders across all levels of an organisation. Experience documenting functional and non-functional system requirements for procurement or software requirement documents. ITIL Foundation Certification. Consultative approach with a collaborative style. Demonstrated Agile project experience (Scrum or Kanban).
