Job Responsibilities

• You will meet with our current leaders on a regular basis and learn from them

• You will be part of a graduate community, share experiences and benefit from peer networking

• You will be supported throughout the program from our program leaders, stream leaders and line manage

• You will receive on the job development and exposure in your specific stream

• You will experience different areas of your stream through the 3 rotations

• You will receive formal functional and development learning throughout the program

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor Degree in same or similar development stream from an accredited institution. Graduated within last 2 years
• Age must be 21 to 26 years old.
• Academic Performance: GPA not less than 3.00 (proof of marks)
